Khanzu Hand-Pulled Noodles, Fairview Terraces

It gets me excited every time that I meet my old friends once in a while. It’s like they are my comfort food… filling up my hunger for enjoyment. We meet because we have our friend who feels like her plans about her profession didn’t turn out as she wanted to be. As for me, she might not see it now but the success is already in her.

Anyhoo, we decided to go to Ayala Fairview Terraces just to make our environment different. Outdoor, we find Khanzu restaurant. Khanzu hand pulled noodles is labeled as the no.1 noodles on Earth.

Felvic and Osang ordered Mixed Seafood Noodle Soup (P180).

Meanwhile I ordered Sliced Beef Noodle Soup (P180).

Cojie’s food is also beef but more delectable than my order. Here is her Braised Beef Noodle Soup (P195).

The serving is pretty much generous that we had a hard time finishing it. Flavor is exceptional but the noodles, as compare to other hand-pulled noodles I tried, have thicker and longer cuts which are quite difficult to eat.

Special Lamb Dumplings (P160) is also good – juicy and flavorful.

Pictures below showed how do they work with hand-pulled noodles!

The spacious restaurant has a rustic vibe with a touch of Chinese ornaments. It is a good place to have your friends filled with endless stories to share. Noodles get cold easily because the air conditioning is awesome, hahaha! The staff are all friendly but it took a little while for them to hand us our change to our bill. I’d definitely come back to try their dry noodles!Jpeg
